Tellico Village encompasses almost eight square miles with 40 miles of spectacular shoreline. The Village is subdivided into seven contiguous neighborhoods in Loudon County, plus the Kahite neighborhood in adjoining Monroe County. The community has experienced steady growth since its inception in 1985 and now is home to 2,500 families from nearly every state as well as many foreign countries.
